Branch Manager – Hardware Distributor Germiston

An established national company requires a branch manager for its Johannesburg branch. Management experience is a pre-requisite.

Key Requirements:

• Grade 12 (or equivalent)

• Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)

• Computer literate (MS Word/Excel)

• 5 years management experience

• Good verbal- and written communication skills

• Profit-minded Financial Acumen

• Code 8 license and own reliable transport

• Clear ITC and Criminal record

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Running a tight ship:

-Managing staff (25+) strictly but positively

-Managing a tidy Warehouse

• Strong focus on Customer Service

• Strong focus on Stock Control & Shrinkage Prevention

• Protection & Maintenance of Company Assets

Remuneration will depend on your Experience, Qualifications and Abilities and is structured with a Basic Salary, Car Allowance, Medical Aid & Pension Fund.
