Store Manager required - Forever New Hemmingways
Direct and supervise all the operational functions within a store.
o Handling of cash and/or finances
o Responsible for the overall image of the store and the staff.
o Provide leadership and assist the staff with the setting of goals.
o Train all new recruits and continuously train existing staff.
o Deal with management on a daily basis with regards to problems
encountered in the store.
o Motivate staff to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
o Assign duties to subordinates, granting them the authority to carry out
duties and following up to see that duties are carried out.
o Offer praise when necessary.
o Display good communication skills.
o Be a team leader and accept responsibility for the store.
o Show commitment to the company as well as the tasks at hand.
