Warehouse Supervisor

· Pack stock in stock area

· Maintain stock (do not store warehouse stock in main store)

· Issue stock to staff only with relevant paperwork provided

· Assist with stock take in warehouse

· Enter all transfers received in control book

· Prepare orders for clients to Company Standards

· Record all Wire in control book (daily Appros)

· Record Drum Cable + Bare Copper in separate control book

· Determine per order/weight the packaging (eg-drum/wrap)

· Supervise stock count preparation and oversee the counting process

· Address staff issues and concerns

· Refer incidents of misconduct to management for further action

· Oversee work allocation and completion by wire store staff (NB!)

· Inform Buyer of low stock/no stock

· Report any discrepancies to Supervisor/Manager
