36 year old married male urgently seeking employment

I am a 36 year old male urgently seeking employment....I come with 16 years sales and marketing experience..working for high end retail brands....I am an effective manager,always putting the goals and kpis ahead...I know how to run a team and delegate...I don't consider myself a boss,but a team leader...moving the company ahead with my team...I know how to train and set the example needed by an effective manager...I can work independently as well as follows instructions
