Description
Trained/experienced chef needed to fill a role as Kitchen Manager at our busy restaurant.
The ideal applicant would have relevant industry experience, own transport and be willing to work shifts ( weekends & evenings).
You will be responsible for daily food ordering, receiving and stock control as well as managing a team of kitchen staff. Menu updates musty be done regularly as well as recipes & costings with an emphasis on quality & cost control.
Gaap point of sale knowledge an advantage.

This manager must have the following:
- At least two years relevant experience in a similar role
