Will work every weekend. Off days are during the week only.
Recruiting, supervising and training of staff.
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety regulations.
Promoting and marketing the business.
Overseeing stock levels.
Producing staff rosters.
Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
Greeting and advising customers.
Preparing and presenting staffing and sales reports.
Assessing and improving profitability.
Administration and paperwork.
Capturing of data onto PILOT system.
Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales reps.
Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
Own reliable transport and drivers licence.
Hospitality management qualification with practical experience of at least 3 years or at least 5 years restaurant management experience.
