Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Manage, train, and motivate staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service and dining experience
• Handle reservations, guest feedback, and issue resolution professionally
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control
• Create staff schedules and manage shift planning
• Assist with marketing, promotions, and special events
• Manage cash handling, billing procedures, and daily reports

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a restaurant manager (Indian cuisine experience strongly preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Indian dishes, ingredients, and service style
• Proficiency in basic computer systems (POS, emails, reporting)
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
