Restaurant Manager position

• Effective management of staff, creating a positive work environment

• Create a positive customer experience everyday, all the time – mitigate customer complaint and or respond with empathy, efficiently and effectively and increase customer loyalty

• Conduct daily operations procedures, including : - stock management, opening and closing procedures, daily cleaning – health and hygiene checks, waste management, temperature control, borrowing and lending, breakage management

• Manage daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations (working with the Kitchen Supervisor)

• Train and coach staff on customer service standards (waiters), following SOPs and prep times (kitchen and bar)

• Ensure adherence to restaurant standards – conduct monthly store and product evaluations

• Manage current suppliers to ensure best quality product and accurate and cost effective pricing

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: R10,000.00 - R14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Edenvale, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
