Restaurant Manager & F&B Lecturer
The Prue Leith Culinary Institute is looking for a qualified,
professional and passionate individual that is able to manage our fine dining restaurant and also train students who work in it.
The ideal candidate will be
patient, positive, organised and enjoy service, guest interaction and hospitality.
Required qualifications: Diploma or Degree in F&B or related fields, as well as WSET / or Cape Wine Academy certificate. Extensive wine knowledge will be a bonus.
Experience needs to include at least five years at fine dining level.
