Experienced Restaurant / Café Manager – Available Immediately

Experienced and dedicated Restaurant / Café Manager seeking a new opportunity anywhere in KwaZulu-Natal or elsewhere in South Africa. I am willing to relocate anywhere for the right position and can start immediately.

I have strong experience in both Front of House and Back of House operations, with hands-on experience managing staff, daily restaurant operations, customer service, and overall business performance.

• Restaurant & Café Management

• Front & Back of House Operations

• Staff Management, Training, Mentoring & Coaching

• Stock Control & Stock Taking

• GP Management and Cost Control

• Bar & Kitchen Operations

• Barista Training

• Customer Service & Complaint Resolution

• Staff Scheduling & Daily Operations

• Point of Sale (POS) Systems, including CAP, MICROS, Odyssey and Pilots

• Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and efficiency

I am a hardworking, reliable, and hands-on manager who leads by example. I am comfortable working under pressure, managing busy operations, and developing staff to perform at their best.
