CAREER OBJECTIVE

To obtain a position as an executive Chef in a dynamic hospitality environment where I can utilise my hight years of professional culinary experience,

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and cook various dishes including Pizza, Pasta, Buger, Seafood, Grill, Breakfast, Lasagne, Oxtail, Lamb shake, Calzon pizza, Wraps and more.

Mix Buger sauce, Pizza Dough, and Pizza Base from scratch. Operate and maintain Wooden fire Pizza Oven. Create signature Sauces including Napoletana, White, and Pizza Based sauce from scratch.

Supervise and train kitchen staff, maintaining a fun and supportive work environment.

Manage Stock control, invoices, costing and wastage prevention.

Advanced Pizza preparation (Handmade Dough, Wood-Fired Oven experience)

SAUCE MAKING (Napoletana, White, Buger sauce and Pizza based sauce)
