Qualified Chef or CDP Chef Good day I 'm a qualified Chef with quite experience with International qualifications and good references. My experience work from hotels, Family Chef, Game lodge, and Restaurants. I specialise in a la carte, buffet and Fine dinning. Cater different Cuisine, Indian, Italian, Asian ( continental and Mediterranean Cuisine). I wouldn't mind a live in position at safari, game lodge, hotel or resort and willing to relocates anywhere in South Africa or Abroad. I am open to any offer. Being in the kitchen is my passion and work very well in a pressurised environment, as well as being well organised, team player/leader, familiar with health and safety regulations, tidy and pedantic to hygiene and stock control.
