I have over 30 years experience, working at various hotels, lodges and restaurants.

I specialise in Continental and Mediterranean cuisine as well as the following.

* Buffets

* A la carte

* Pastries

l also have experience in front of house management, various POS systems and bookings.com.

I'm a non drinker, single and no depends.

I would also prefer a live in position at a lodge, hotel or guest house.

I live in Gauteng at the moment, willing to relocate and my CV is available on request.

I work well under pressure, have good organisation skills and a stickler on hygiene as well as attention to detail.
