Qualified Chef looking for work

Good day I'm a qualified chef and worked at some prestigious hotels around Cape Town and Natal in the past thirty years. I specialise in the following: Buffets A la carte Set menus Fine dining Mediterranean cuisine Continental cuisine Italian cuisine I'm perdantic on hygiene, neatness and stock control. My last two positions were head chef and executive chef at the Chantecler hotel in Natal. I would ideally like to fill a similar position at hotel, game reserve or boutique loge/hotel as a live in chef. I'm also available as a private chef for a business executive.
