Sushi Chef Wanted!  We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team! Responsibilities: Preparing and presenting sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes to a high standard. Ensuring all food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards. Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Managing inventory of fish, rice, and other ingredients. Collaborating with kitchen staff and assisting where needed. Providing outstanding presentation and consistency in every dish. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sushi Chef (minimum 1–2 years preferred). Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques. Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. Creativity and passion for Japanese cuisine. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining high food safety standards.
