Experienced chef looking for work

I am a qualified chef with over 30 years experience in the kitchen. I have worked in hotels, restaurants, game lodges, country clubs and contract catering. I also have experience in retail. I am strong in menu development, menu costing, cost of sale, stock taking, ordering of stock, HACCP, staff training and hands-on cooking. I am looking for a new opportunity.
