Experienced Chef looking for a position

Good day. I am an executive chef/ kitchen manager with 30 years experience looking for a new position. I have experience in contract catering, game lodges, restaurants, hotels, retail and country clubs. I have run multiple kitchens at the same time. I am strong in menu development, costings, cooking, staff training and HACCP. I am currently employed but looking for a new opportunity. I have my own vehicle so I can commute and I am willing to relocate for the right position
