Exec Chef

Good day. I am a chef with 30 years experience looking for a position. I have worked in restaurants, hotels, game lodges, country clubs and contract catering. I also have retail experience. I have also owned my own businesses. I am well versed in menu planning and costing, ordering of stock,staff training and cooking to run a successful kitchen. I am trained in most POS systems like GAAP, Pilot, Worksmart and Clubmaster. I can also use Excel, Word and Outlook. I am based in Durban but I am willing to relocate for the right position.
