Management position wanted

I am looking for a job as a Restaurant general manager. I have experience in restaurant, Pub and Grill,guest house butchery and night club. I have a lot of skills on how to manage the business without loosing money, instead gaining more profit. Along my years of experience I learned a lot of things on managing the business. I am a hard working individual who doesn't care about long hours because my job requires me to run the business like I own it. I am very good with Menu planning because I have worked as a chef for more than 10 years. I have senior management experience for more than 12 years. I know how to manage back of house and the front of house staff, providing them with proper training to make sure they are up to date with the product the business is selling. I manage the food and the bar costing to make sure cost doesn't go high to affect the GP. I make sure the stock is done everyday to make sure it's balanced properly and to able to investigate if there are shortages. I take charge to make sure cash ups are done properly and they matching the Stock variances. For example the cash up must be equal to the stock that has been sold on a. There must be no over's and shortages. I am very good with excel, Ms word and power point. The back office on the point of sale is my friend because it can tell me everything I.
