I am a hospitality professional with more than 10 years’ experience running small lodges, B&Bs, and guest houses (up to 45 rooms). I know how to keep a property running smoothly, make guests happy, and help owners grow their business.

- Front office and reception – welcoming guests and handling bookings
- Housekeeping and staff supervision – keeping rooms clean and staff motivated
- Booking platforms – creating and managing profiles on Booking.com, Airbnb, and Agoda
- Property Management System – Nightsbridge PMS setup and troubleshooting
- Marketing – Google Business and social media to bring more bookings
- Admin – invoicing, reports, and daily paperwork
- Driving – guest transfers (Code 10 license)
- Cooking – preparing breakfast and light meals
- Maintenance – pool care, plumbing, and general repairs
