Qualified Chef looking for work

Good day I'm a qualified chef with good references and have many years of experience from hotels, lodges and restaurants. I specialize in a la carte, buffets, fine dining and pastries. (Continental and Mediterranean Cuisines) I wouldn't mind a live-in position at a lodge, hotel or resort and willing to relocate anywhere in South Africa. However, I am open to any offers. I'm single, never married, no dependents. Being in the kitchen is my passion and work very well in a pressurized environment, as well as being well organized, team player/leader, familiar with health and safety regulations, tidy and pedantic on hygiene and stock control.
