MANAGERS wanted at Eden on the Bay

We’re looking for a friendly, hands-on Front of House Manager to help lead our service team & ensure every guest has an excellent experience. This role oversees daily FoH operations, staff supervision, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced casual dining environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and schedule servers, hosts, and support staff

• Maintain smooth service flow, including seating, table turns, and guest communication.

• Greet guests, resolve concerns, and uphold strong hospitality standards.

• Support opening/closing procedures and maintain cleanliness and safety.

• Manage cash, POS accuracy, & basic reporting.

• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely, accurate service at all times.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of FoH supervisory or management experience.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced setting.

• Flexible availability (nights/weekends required).
