Good day,
I am a 35-year-old, well experienced and seasoned applicant in the hospitality industry urgently seeking employment in a busy restaurant. I have been industry for the past 17 years. I am ideally striving to broaden my field of experience to the bed-and-breakfast, guesthouse or hotel sector of the industry, but will be grateful for an opportunity as a full-time waiter/head waiter as well.
