Headhunting a Construction Manager / Contractor’s Representative

I’m headhunting a Construction Manager / Contractor’s Representative (Level 8.1) for an energy and renewable holding company in South Africa

The basics:
Rustenburg
Market Related
Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum 6 years of experience in EPC mining project management, with at least 2 on-site assignments in South African mining projects. Proficient in construction management of ferrochrome or platinum group metals (PGM) mining projects.
* Thorough knowledge of South African mining regulations including the *Mines and Works Act* and the *Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act*, mineral development approval processes, and employer–engineer communication mechanisms. Capable of fully representing the EPC contractor in dealings with project owners, third-party engineers, local labor, and government authorities.
* Strong expertise in shaft and underground development, mining civil works, equipment installation, and auxiliary infrastructure coordination. Skilled in multidisciplinary scheduling and interface management.
* Holder of relevant South African mining certification(s).
