XWELI Solutions is expanding, and we’re looking for top-tier Closers to join our high-performance sales team. If you have experience closing UK or USA campaigns and consistently hit your targets, we want to hear from you.
Position: Sales Closer
Location: On-site (South Africa)
Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive Basic + Commission + Performance Bonuses
Requirements (Must-Haves)
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a closer on UK or USA campaigns
Strong closing ratio and proven track record of high conversions
Excellent English accent, articulation, and communication
Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
High energy, discipline, and consistency
Strong compliance and customer-experience focus
