Arrival and preparation

1. Arrive on time for scheduled shift.

2. Change into uniform and clock in.

3. Connect your grill and check if all the equipment is working.

4. Clean the grill station, including the grill, utensils and equipment.

Preparation

1. Prep your section and make sure you have enough fillets and prepped chicken following the procedure.

Quality control

1. Check food quality, temperature of the grill and warmer.

2. Check presentation of the food before serving.

3. Grill chicken according to the procedure.

4. Grill breast fillets according to the procedure.

5. Make garlic rolls.

Deep cleaning

1. Perform deeper cleaning tasks such as scrubbing the grill, wiping the walls and ceiling board and sanitizing equipment as needed.

Inventory management

1. Monitor food inventory and report any shortages and expired products to the manager.

Team collaboration

1. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.

Customer service

1. Provide excellent customer service.

Grill maintenance

a. Regularly clean and maintain the grill to prevent food buildup and ensure optimal performance.

Food safety

1. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of raw meat and other ingredients.
