CASHIERS DURBAN

We are currently looking for Cashiers

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Duties:

• Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit and debit transactions
• Assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure accurate scanning of items and proper handling of returns and exchanges
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Monitor and manage stock levels at the register
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with merchandising and restocking shelves when needed
• Provide product knowledge to customers to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a cashier role in a large retail environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle cash and electronic payments accurately
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
