We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and dependable professional to fulfil a dual role in Office Administration and Marketing Assistance. The successful candidate will support daily operational tasks, assist with marketing activities, and ensure the efficient running of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration & data management
- Preparing invoices, reports, and basic admin tasks
- Assisting with scheduling, emails, and document organization
- Supporting digital marketing tasks (content support, basic designs, posting, tracking)
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with client communication
- Coordinating with internal team for smooth workflow
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in admin and/or marketing support
- Strong numerical and organizational skills
- High level of responsibility, speed, and accuracy
- Tech-savvy and open-minded with good communication skills
- Relevant qualifications and contactable references are mandatory
