Measured Ability Outsourcing Group, a leader in Temporary Employment Services (TES), is growing and needs a Site Agent for our Johannesburg office. This job is very important for making sure everything runs smoothly on-site, keeping workers safe, and meeting client needs.

Site Locations: Centurion/Midrand, City Deep/Germiston, Westbury/Westdene.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in TES, logistics, or warehousing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good at communicating with others.
• Able to lead a team.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Key Responsibilities:

• Give basic training and explain safety rules to employees.
• Check for health and safety risks and solve problems.
• Make sure employees follow site rules.
• Provide the correct PPE to employees.
• Assist with coordination of staff on site.
• Know about HR rules and how to handle work issues.
• Maintain client satisfaction.
• Capture and submit timesheets to payroll.
• Ensure all shifts are filled with employees.
• Focus on productivity on site.
• Stay organised and manage tasks well.
• Solve problems and help with disciplinary action when needed.
