We are currently looking for a Barista

JOB PURPOSE
To prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages while delivering exceptional customer service in a clean, welcoming environment. The Barista plays a key role in creating memorable guest experiences and maintaining the brand’s standards.

Duties & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (e.g., espresso, cappuccino, tea)
• Operate coffee machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and serving areas
• Handle customer orders and process payments accurately (cash/card)
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Upsell menu items and promote seasonal specials
• Report equipment issues or customer feedback to management

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of six months previous experience as a Barista
• Barista certification or training
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of food health, safety and sanitation standards
