Must have a Degree in Business, Operations Management or related.
Min 3yrs experience required.
Co-ordinate and oversee operations.
Formulate strategies. Improving performance. Procuring material and resources and securing compliance.
Increase Customer services and implement best practises across all levels. Mentor team members.
Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost effective way.
Manage budgets & Forecasts. Perform quality controls & monitor production KPI's.
