Role Context:
• Branch has 5 staff, but many are unruly and lack discipline
• Current Branch Manager is sales-driven and not effective at people management
• Candidate must act as the eyes and ears of the branch, ensuring order and accountability
• This role doesn't entail anything creative
Responsibilities:
• Reception duties plus administration management
• Overseeing staff behavior, enforcing discipline, and monitoring sales activities
• Ensuring staff receive additional training where required
• Support branch targets with improved staff control
Working Hours:
• Monday–Friday, 08h00–17h00
• Every 2nd Saturday (possibly every 3rd Saturday)
Goal:
To stabilize the branch, improve performance, and help double sales targets
