• Answering incoming telephone calls, and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel.
• Directing visitors to the relevant departments.
• Assist with clerical duties such as faxing, copying, filing and organizing/maintaining files.
• Receive, sort and distribute post.
• Booking of flights and cars for directors/managers.
• Report keeping.
• Maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
