Junior Admin Assistant/Receptionist (To start January 2026)
Keypak (Pty) Ltd, a well-established Printing and Packaging company based in Epping, is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Junior Admin Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- General office administration and filing
- Answering phones and managing correspondence (emails, mail, etc.)
- Capturing and updating data on company systems
- Assisting with invoicing tasks
- Preparing and maintaining documentation
- Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Previous administrative experience an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- MUST have own reliable transport
