Responsibilities: Manage WhatsApp and online booking inquiries professionally and promptly. Schedule and confirm client appointments. Greet and assist clients upon arrival. Handle payments and maintain accurate records. Keep track of daily appointments and therapist availability. Assist with light administrative tasks and customer service. Requirements: Strong communication skills (polite, professional, and patient). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service or admin is a plus.
