Property Portfolio Manager
Opportunity for a graduate or any person with a suitable tertiary qualification to join a well-established property management company.
The successful candidate will need to meet the following criteria:
Ability to work independently and attend meetings outside of normal working hours.
Analytical skills to assist with problem solving in the field of property management.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Computer literate in Excel, Word, Zoom.
Ability to liaise with other professionals, like attorneys and auditors.
Excellent interpersonal skills in order to liaise with the public.
Managerial skills and the ability to co-ordinate, manage time, prioritise and work in a team.
Excellent oral as well as written communication skills in English. An additional language would be advantageous.
The ability to adapt in an ever changing environment.
Own, reliable transport.
Job specific training will be offered.
