Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookings Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the booking process, from initial inquiries to guest check-out, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to booking inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, etc

- Coordinate bookings, including check-in and check-out procedures, cleaning schedules, and key management.

- Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure their needs are met.

- Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information.

- Assist with marketing efforts to promote the properties and increase bookings.

Qualifications:

- Matric Certificate.

- Previous experience in hospitality or property management preferred.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, etc

- Valid driver’s license and driving experience.
