2005 SA bi-metallic R5 coin with major mint error. Extremely rare and possibly only one known. Reverse and obverse are 90 degrees out of alignment with each other. Obvious die rotation fault. Coin is in good to fine condition for its age. All features are clearly visible. Has a faded lettering in places. Circulated. Both sides of coin are shown with fixed band highlighting alignment error.
