Grehenheim Poultry presents a free one-day, obligation-free course/seminar titled:

The Small-Scale Chicken Farming Operation

Making Money with Ethical Free-Range Chicken Farming

The course is presented every first Thursday of every month.

We provide, at no cost to you:

• Tea and coffee
• Typed notes
• Practical demonstrations

Experience may be the best teacher, but her price can be very high!

It is easier (and cheaper) to learn from others.

The model suggests an integrated model whereby

• The farmer breeds his/her own chickens
• Sells eggs as ongoing cash-flow
• Sells excess females at point-of-lay
• Sells excess males and laid-out hens for meat as hard-bodies

The course starts promptly at 10h00 and continues to about 15h30, depending on the level of participation

Please note that prior booking is essential as we accommodate a maximum of 10 persons per seminar.
