• Crate or seatbelt harness

• Water & comfort checks

7. TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Payment due before or on service day

• 24-hour cancellation policy

• Late fees apply after 15 minutes (daycare)

• Aggressive pets may be declined for safety

• Transport charged per km round trip

• Grooming requires a safe working space

• Refunds only for cancelled bookings, not completed services

• Emergency vet visits are at owner’s cost
