Introduction (TO START IMMEDIATELY)

We're accepting applications for the position of Property Administrator in the Mpumalanga region. Duties will include capturing data, providing support to the Property Team and Property Manager, scanning and saving documents to a SharePoint folder, creating progress reports, assisting with the resolution of queries and other functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Raise and commission mandates (full value chain)
• Accurately capturing data on the system
• Providing support to the Property Team and Property Manager
• Scanning and saving documents to a SharePoint folder
• Creating progress reports
• Assisting with the resolution of queries
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects as requested
• Ensuring compliance requirements are met

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric essential, tertiary qualification beneficial
• At least 5 years experience in data capturing and working on Excel
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and SharePoint
• Excellent communication and time management ability
• Must have Own Laptop or willing to have one.
