Personal Assistant Lion Protection Services Lion Protection Services is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our management team. Responsibilities: • Prepare documents using Microsoft Word and Excel • Manage emails and correspondence • Obtain quotations from suppliers • Maintain filing systems and general office organization • Issue uniforms and keep accurate uniform records • Capture municipal data onto the online portal (training will be provided) • Perform other related administrative duties as required Requirements: • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel • Good communication and organizational skills • Knowledge of basic office procedures and email management Working Hours: • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Interested candidates may send their CV to manager@lionprotection.co.za
