Good Day. We need someone to help us out with admin work. Either Part time or on weekend.

Main Duties:
Downloading and quality checking online and telephony sales orders using a number of bespoke systems
Contacting our suppliers on behalf of the company and maintaining our excellent and professional standards at all time
Conducting security checks on sales orders in line with compliance guidelines to identify and prevent any fraudulent activity
Authorise, investigate and evidence any concerns from cardholders regarding payment transactions.
Improve the company’s fraud detection systems through research and review of best practice.
Log daily sales and balance daily order values against company revenue
General administration including query resolution
Department stock control
Internal and external reporting using a variety of bespoke and standard systems
Identifying and highlighting any technical issues experienced with systems and processes.
Keeping management informed of workflow, progress and issues

Skills Required:

Excellent attention to detail
