Fixed term contract Cashiers

We are looking to employ part time retail cashiers

Location - N1 City

The role would be suitable for someone seeking part time employment or students seeking weekend and holiday work. Must understand excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities

- Accurate till operation (training will be provided)

- Accurate cash handling

- Compile daily/weekly cash up reports for head office

- Ensure daily sales targets are achieved

- Ensure accurate stock counts

- Efficient management of stock - FIFO

- Professional handling of customer queries

- Maintain store standards

Qualifications and Experience

- Matric

- Experience in working in a customer service or retail environment

- Good numeracy and literacy

- Excellent attention to detail

- Proficient in Email and Microsoft Office (Pastel an added advantage)

- Must be able to work retail hours and understand retail industry operational demands

- Preference will be given to applicants living in close proximity to N1 City

- Own transport highly advantageous

- Trustworthy, punctual and reliable
