Mateka Original Artwork framed small painting Sets for sale Interested phone Deon*0833095897* Mateka was born in 1968 in the Fordsburg district and is still living there. He is a full-time artist for the last 16 years and although he doesn’t have any formal education in art he was inspired by Maggie Loubscher, Father Frans Claerhout and Hennie Niemann. Mateka mainly works with acrylic paint but also use oil and pastel. He loves warm, bright colours to express the daily work and life of people. Mateka held many of his own successful exhibitions.
