The range of application:

In front and behind planing machines, finger-joint lines, double end matchers, drilling automats, multiple cross cutting saws, cross cutting saws, bandsaws, grinding machines, formatting saws, painting line, wrapping machines, etc.

Advantages:

• Low place requirement
• Easily retrofitting to existing installations
• Infeed possible from two directions
• Package infeed possible directly with fork lift or pallet jack
• The pieces can be picked up at any user-defined height from 1m on
• No pit for lifting table necessary
• Very short changing times
• All movements are frequency-controlled
• Easy to maintain
• Two units can be used either as two independent single units for short parts or as one electronically linked twin unit for long parts up to 6 000 mm (even longer on request)
• Optional: unstacking layer by layer with rail disposal
• Optional: user-defined stacking patterns possible (i.E. parallel – diagonal, offset layers or staggered arrangements)

Capacity:

• Single part manipulation up to10 parts/min
• If 2 or more parts are picked up, the capacity increases
  accordingly.
• Weight of layer depending on design up to 150 kg
