Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, tarts, and bakery items
- Run your pastry station (mise-en-place, service, consistency, hygiene)
- Assist with menu items, specials, and banqueting desserts
- Maintain high hotel standards and support junior pastry staff
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years pastry experience in a 45 star hotels
- Grade 12 and a recognised Pastry / Culinary qualification

- Team player with excellent attention to detail
