GENERAL FOREMAN / SITE MANAGER
Location: Claremont, Cape Town.
Contract: Until April 2026 | Start ASAP or by 12 January 2026
Role: Seeking an experienced General Foreman / Site Manager to lead and coordinate day-to-day operations on our Claremont building site. Hands-on, proactive, ensures smooth project workflow.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily site operations and coordinate trades • Plan weekly workflow and resources • Read and work from construction drawings & specifications • Maintain schedules and adjust plans as needed • Supervise subcontractors and staff • Ensure health & safety compliance and quality standards • Submit weekly progress reports • Liaise with clients and consultants • Resolve site issues proactively.
Requirements: • 5+ years experience as a foreman / site manager • Relevant construction qualification • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Competent in reporting and site administration • Own reliable transport required • Start immediately or by 12 Jan 2026.
Remuneration: Competitive — based on experience & qualifications.
