Managed People Solutions is looking to hire an Ambassador for a very well-known liquorCompany based in either Cape Town Duties and responsibilities Maintain your call cycle to assigned outlets. At new outlets, setup and conduct installation training broken down into: Visibility implementation and advocacy around ensuring this is always up. Waiter advocacy training Bartender perfect serve training Implementing required equipment and top ups Implementing required glassware and tops ups At existing outlets, setup, and conduct training/re-training of: bar staff & waiters at Drive success at outlets Maximize visibility opportunities at the client, including tap visibility, Menu/Table Talkers/Posters etc. which you will share with the team and help deliver on Perform site audits based on a site audit checklist, relating to ability of the site and staff to serve cocktails with suggestions for improvements / identifying issues. Report training and site audit info to head office Obtain targeted quality score for training and audits. Obtain targeted customer service ratings. An ad-hoc basis, setup and conduct special training for events, with events bar staff, sometimes outside normal working hours. Requirements Matric, further education beneficial. 2 – 3 years Liquor industry knowledge and experience, including industry sales experience. Customer service and Stakeholder Management.
