VSD Sales

We are seeking a dedicated and long-term Sales Representative to join our clients' Drives, PLC, and Microsonic sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing market share within the KZN region by engaging with existing customers, developing new business opportunities, and providing technical sales support. This role involves regular travel to customer sites, delivering product knowledge, and assisting end users with the correct application of our VSD, PLC, and Microsonic product range. The position requires a motivated, target-driven individual who values strong customer relationships and can effectively communicate the advantages of our product offering.

Education & Skills:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Any relevant sales qualification or technical certification is advantageous
• Additional training in industrial automation, electrical instrumentation, VSDs, PLCs, or related fields is beneficial

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Grow turnover of VSD, PLC, and Microsonic product sales in the assigned region
• Identify new opportunities and potential customers within relevant markets
• Maintain, support, and expand relationships with existing customers
• Serve as a key contact for customers needing technical assistance on VSD, PLC, and Microsonic products
• Clearly demonstrate and communicate the benefits of our brand versus competitors
• Conduct regular sales callsindependently or with team membersto meet sales targets
• Develop business through prospecting, marketing activities, and pipeline growth
• Follow up promptly on quotations and provide detailed feedback to management when required
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports outlining achievements and targets
• Adhere to all safety instructions and work independently with strong attention to detail
• Travel locally within the KZN region as needed
